SCIENCE DAY
28TH February is the day of historical significance for all Indians who are hooked by Science. It was on this day when Dr C.V .Raman won Noble Prize for Raman Spectroscopy hence this day is celebrated as National Science Day as a token of rich tributes to him.
This day was celebrated in our college on 3rd March 2022 in first ever offline event held in our auditorium after a long long wait of two years. Efforts taken by our Science students were worth mentioning ,as they put their heart and soul together for explaining scientific and mathematical concepts with the help of still models. Participants also explained discovery of first ever vaccine, contribution of eminent scientists for human welfare with the help of powerpoint presentations. They also gave speeches to unfold work and life of icons of space technology : Dr Abdul Kalam and Dr Vikram Sarabhai.
Enthusiasm shown by students for this day underlines the fact that liking for Science has more to it than just scoring marks to make successful career.
